LAMBRA - Local Agency Military Base Recovery Area - during the rounds of military base closures and realignments, the LAMBRA program was developed to attract reinvestment to the bases.
MEA - Manufacturing Enhancement Area - similar to Enterprise Zones, MEAs are focused on stimulating the economy in the border regions with special state and local incentives.
TTA - Targeted Tax Area - a program similar to the Enterprise Zone program, a TTA offeres incentives to manufacturing companies in a specific trade or business (determined by SIC Codes). | |
